The villa has three well-appointed bedrooms. An en-suite double bedroom with a private veranda and a safe is located on the ground floor. Another double bedroom, equipped with three single beds and a private bathroom, offers flexibility for families or groups. On the pool level, a double bedroom can be configured as two singles or one double and includes an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans for added comfort.

Outdoor living spaces include sofas, armchairs, and a coffee table, providing plenty of room to relax. Two large dining tables with chairs make outdoor meals a pleasure. A unique star-gazing area with a carpet and bean bags adds a touch of magic to your evenings. The 50m² private swimming pool is complemented by sun-beds, an outdoor bathroom, and a shower.

The villa is equipped with modern conveniences, including two refrigerators, a freezer, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. An iron and ironing board, espresso/cappuccino and filter coffee machines, and a TV in the living room ensure guests have everything they need. A SONOS Hi-Fi system provides high-quality audio indoors and outdoors. Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) and a laundry room add to the villa’s functionality. A shaded parking area accommodates two vehicles.

Daily cleaning and cooking services (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are included in the weekly rate. Linens are changed twice a week, and the swimming pool and garden are maintained daily, ensuring a seamless and luxurious stay.

The villa’s location is ideal for various water sports, including swimming, windsurfing, kite-surfing, wakeboarding, waterskiing, and scuba diving. For those who prefer land-based activities, walking along the coastal path, hiking, cycling, yoga, and Pilates are available. Nearby tennis and basketball courts offer additional recreation.
