The villa features a spacious living room with a fireplace, a dining area that seats eight, and a large open-plan kitchen. A fully equipped kitchen comes with separate laundry and storage rooms, while a pantry includes an additional fridge and freezer. There is also a guest WC on this level.

Bedrooms

On the ground floor, a large en-suite double bedroom offers a king-size bed, a fireplace, a safe and a cozy sitting area. The first floor includes two more en-suite double bedrooms. All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning and ceiling fans for added comfort.

Outdoor Amenities

The villa’s outdoor spaces are equally impressive, featuring a private heated swimming pool with sun loungers and an open-air shower. An outdoor lounge and dining area, as well as a secluded gazebo with a built-in corner sofa, offer sweeping 180° views of the sea.

Daily cleaning and cooking services, covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner, are included in the weekly rate. Linens are changed twice a week, and the swimming pool and garden are maintained daily.
